Training Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or valid proof of HRD Corp claim submission (where applicable).
Early bird discounts apply only if payment is received in full by the stated deadline.
All fees are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and are subject to applicable taxes, if any.
Payment (or HRD Corp grant application submission) must be completed within 15 days of registration.

⁠HRD Corp Claim
Participants opting for HRD Corp claim must ensure their company is a registered HRD Corp employer.
Invoices will be issued in accordance with HRD Corp requirements.
If HRD Corp rejects or delays payment, the participating company/individual remains fully liable for the training fee.

Cancellation by the Provider
The Training Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, all registered participants will be notified no later than 10 business days prior to the course start date.

Refunds and Credits
In the case of a course cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer their registration to a future course date or an alternative course of equal value. Substitution of participants is allowed with written notice at least three (3) working days before the training date.

"No-Show" Policy
The full course fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued in the event of failure to attend without providing prior notice.

Limitation of Liability
The Training Provider's liability for any course cancellation is limited to the refund of the course fees. The Training Provider shall not be liable for any other costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or any other consequential costs.

Training Materials & Intellectual Property
All training materials (slides, notes, case studies, etc.) are provided for participant learning only.
Copying, distributing, or sharing materials without written consent from the organiser is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for training administration, communication, and certification.
Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for HRD Corp claims or legal compliance.

The organiser and trainers will take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the content delivered. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay, postponement, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or technical failures.

Governing Law
The laws of Malaysia govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
